Registration and Participation Conditions

» Bus seats are occupied in the order of registration, starting with the second seat.
» To make the reservation, it is enough to send an e-mail: contact@royaltrip.ro in which you specify your name / surname, CNP, CI series, address and phone number, after which the invoice and the contract with the tourist will be drawn up.
» Payment of the first tranche (advance) is made at the time of reservation and 50% of the trip value is paid, so the reservation is considered firm after signing the contract and paying the advance.
» The rest of the amount is paid 3 days before departure.

» If the minimum group of tourists is not formed, the excursion can be canceled or modified, with the tourists having the possibility to opt, later, for the initial excursion on another date, or for moving to another excursion.

» The advance is returned in full if the event cannot be held for exceptional reasons.
» If a person is put in the situation of not being able to participate in the event, they can bring another person to take over the reservation.

For cash payment, direct deposit will be made to the account of the Royal Trip agency, at any branch of Banca Transilvania, or by bank transfer.
